Our practice was founded by attorneys Brent Keele and Jim Parke. Both our founding lawyers recognized a need for the Fort Collins area to have a law practice that brought firsthand business experience and real-life expertise to estate planning and business law. As businesspeople and seasoned attorneys, both Brent and Jim rely on their comprehensive educations, skill sets, and past experiences to formulate effective strategies and establish insightful planning frameworks. Brent Keele
Brent Keele takes a hands-on, common sense approach to help his clients reach their goals. His experience spans several specialties and he has practiced in Nevada, California, and Colorado. Brent is able to use his extensive expertise to help his clients navigate business and personal transactions, carefully protecting their valuable assets and ensuring maximum tax savings. He is proud to use his skill set to serve his community, and has held positions in Boy Scouts of America, Larimer County’s food bank, the Boys and Girls Club, Convoy of Hope, and JustServe.
Jim Parke
Jim Parke's passion is problem solving. Using his comprehensive knowledge of mergers and acquisitions, contracts, corporate governance, and strategic decision-making, Jim is able to help his clients navigate personal and professional transactions with care and tact. His vast experience lends itself to finding solutions for his clients in every facet of the law from estate planning to business formation. Jim values family time, travel, and community service, and is active on several boards of directors.
Haley Abshire
Haley has been a paralegal with Keele and Parke since the beginning and has become an asset to the firm. She assists with document drafting, legal research, and company performance. Haley thoroughly enjoys working in the legal field and is currently pursing her Juris Doctor (JD) at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. When not immersed in legal documents, Haley finds solace in spending time with her family, embracing all the Rocky Mountains have to offer, and reading.
